–1 wheel brie

–1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

–2 tablespoons fruit preserves

–1 egg

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the puff pastry sheet into a square large enough to fold and cover the wheel of brie. Spoon the preserves into the center of the puff pastry, top with the wheel of brie. Fold the edges of puff pastry up to cover the cheese, pinching the edges closed. Turn the wrapped cheese over and place on a glass baking dish. 
  2. Beat the egg in a small bowl. Using a pastry brush, coat the top and sides of the puff pastry. 
  3. Place into the oven and select Micro Bake Mode set to 400°F. Cook for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
